How to Mind Read Someone

How wonderful it would be if we can read the mind of our partner or even anyone whom we are attracted to. We would know what he or she likes, whether he or she is in love with me or simply whether he or she is cheating on you!

Although I do believe that there a psychics who can really mind read, I also understand that it may be a God given gift and may not easily be modelled or learnt. So well what can we do? Cry and wallow into self-pity because of a lack in skills?

NO WAY!

I attended a course call Patterns of Excellence which encompassed the essentials of NLP. One part of the program included this thing called language pattern of "Mind Reading". This is really cool I thought! This trainer taught that the tools could also be used to seduce someone! This is way too cool.

In NLP, mind reading is simply using phrases to embed a suggestion into someone else's mind to make the person more receptive and comfortable to what you propose. For example, when out on a date, you can say this to build rapport and play the lead role of the date:

"Did you know that XXX Restaurant serves the freshest oysters? You want to go there for dinner?"

Your date will be amazed at how well you understand him or her and you know he or she will be in agreement. And the rest of the journey is made easier.

Have fun testing it out!

Opposites Attract?

Opposites Attract. It's true in electrostatics and magnetism, but does it also hold true for a relationship?

Some people tell me that differences in a couple bind them closer together because, it helps them to fill a vacuum they themselves can't. Yet others tell me that it's because they seek challenges that can only come from another whom they cannot predict.

On the other camp, it's similirities that bind a couple together because of common topics of interests and even friends.

So what about you? Those of you already in a relationship, is it the similarities or differences that draw you closer. And for those of you not attached yet, would you be attracted to someone because of similarities or differences?

Guess what I saw today...

You will never believed what I saw today...

I was waiting for a bus today at the bus stop near my home and there I saw a "Clone" of Coco Lee (Li Wen) holding hands with a plump guy wearing a horizontally stripped browb shirt which made him look fat, and he was just a little under an inch shorter than her. He had wore dorky spectacles and look a little like the the beaver with his bucked tooth with braces on.

Hmm... I wonder what was his seduction strategy.

Have you seen instances like this, what do you think?

Better still, do you have a seduction strategy that works?

And a soft cynical voice in my head sometimes ask: Is God fair?

Is there such thing as a Platonic Relationship?

Just some food for thought this week...

Is there such a thing as a Platonic Relationship?

What is a Platonic Relationship?

Dictionary.com describes it as a relationship transcending physical desire and tending toward the purely spiritual or ideal. Interestingly it also mentioned Speculative or Theoretical.

Merriam-Websters describes it as a Professional relationship marked by the absence of romance or sex.

You and I probably describe it as a relationship between a male and female whereby they are more than very good friends but to a level where they can share just about anything, almost like siblings. Is this possible? If either persons had a life partner or fiance, how would he or she take to the "closeness" of the so called platonic relationship.

In this realm of seduction can we walk beyond a point when it is not possible to go into a Boy and Girl romantic relationship...

Book Review: Love Clinic

I was so intrigued by Love Clinic: How to lose your Bachelor’s Degree is because it is one of the first few books to help singles written by an Asian, moreover written by fellow Singaporeans! I have come across other books online or in print and most are by writers from the west had the purpose of getting a lady laid within a night or something along that line. Love Clinic is written by Tan, Kong and Chung, 3 doctors, all still in training seeking to help guys to find the lady of their dreams. Somehow, many people would associate doctors with bespectacled and unromantic people who will be buried under piles of books, rather that taking a nice stroll in the park or movie marathon isn’t it. Thus, it will be interesting to read what these doctors in Love can offer.

Love Clinic was somewhat a déjà vu for me because I had just had just recovered from a rejection from my last attempt on a girl and what they have shared reassured me that I was normal and on the right track. Love Clinic simplifies the dating process and dishes it out in systematic step-by-step procedures, clearly written so that any layman can comprehend. I commend them for their bazaar way of simplifying with a modern approach with good organization of facts and tips. One fun and interesting segment was the Love Clinic Criteria Point System. Do check it out!

Those of you who already frequently go on dates may find Love Clinic relatively basic, however there are some refreshing ideas that might interest you and it will be nice to reminiscence how you might have used some of the methods shared in the book. People like you might want to seek more in depth resources like how to persuade some one more effectively or how to rekindle love in a relationship.

However experienced you are, I am certain that you will still find Love Clinic interesting and a joy to read. Other than the Love Clinic Criteria Point System, there is a range of localized dating ideas and even a sweet list of SMS messages everyone can find a good use for.

In summary, Love Clinic is a pleasant book suitable for anyone to read and extremely useful for first timers in the dating game because strategies are easy to apply. Pick one up and I wish you happy reading and experimenting. You may visit their web site at www.loveclinic.sg or www.1seduction.com for additional tips on Attracting the People You Like.
